Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. For international orders, please visit www.lepurobeauty.com.

Processing time

Orders are sent to our fulfillment center within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery

Free standard shipping on all US orders, delivered within 3 business days of dispatch.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you haven't seen it within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder and then email us at contact@lepurobeauty.us.

Delays

Carrier delays, weather, and peak holiday periods can occasionally push delivery beyond the usual window. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days, email us and we'll track it down.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll reship it once at no charge. We can't reroute a package once it's in transit.

Damaged or missing orders

See our returns policy — damaged bottles are replaced without a return, and packages that show as delivered but haven't arrived are covered too.
